Account Information: Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: If I sign up for an Account how will that benefit me? A. We will keep you up to date with the new merchandise. You will also receive coupons to save!! We don't sell or give your information out. We all have email address and phone numbers and we all HATE the spam and the telemarketers. We WOULD NOT do that to you! Shipping: Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: In most cases items are shipped with in 72 hours. If an item is on backorder you will be notified. In the Holiday Season orders sometimes take longer than 72 hours to be shipped. Q: How much is shipping? A: For US shipments: *USPS First Class Shipping is FREE!!! Insurance can not be added. *USPS Priority shipping with tracking number is a flat $9.95. Insurance is included! *USPS Express shipping with tracking and insurance is a flat $25.00 Insurance is included up to $100.00. *We WILL NOT be responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless you have insurance on the package! For Canada: *USPS First Class Shipping is a Flat $6.00! No insurance can be added to this shipping. *USPS Priority shipping is a flat $18.00 Insurance and tracking number are included. *USPS Express shipping is flat $35.00 Insurance and tracking number are included. *We WILL NOT be responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless you have insurance on the package! For All Other Countries: *USPS First Class Shipping is a Flat $10.00! No insurance can be added to this shipping. *USPS Priority shipping is a flat $22.00 Insurance and tracking number are included. *USPS Express shipping is flat $45.00 Insurance and tracking number are included. *We WILL NOT be responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless you have insurance on the package! Q: Will I get an Email with a Tracking Number When My Order is Shipped? A. YES! If you don't get one please let us know and we will send you another! Q: I paid for Express shipping and it didn't arrive in 1 to 2 days. It took a week for the order to go out. Why is this? A. When you choose Express shipping you are paying for the way that it is shipped and the service that it is shipped with. When you pay for Express shipping this doesn't have anything to do with the amount of time it may take us to process the order or if the item is on backorder. When the order goes out it will be shipped Express like you have indicated on your order form. If you are needing the item for a certain date, please contact us and let us know so we are able to work with you and get you your order on time! Return Policy: *No returns or exchanges accepted. All sales are final. This is for health reasons. All of the suits that we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated. They have not worn or tried on for this very reason. *If an item is damaged please notified me within 3 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. The same item in the same size will be shipped back to you. Please contact us so we are able to give you an RA#. NO items will be accepted back with out an RA#. The shipment will be refused.
